1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Boutique Supply Co website (boutiquesupplyco.com) and any purchases made through it. Boutique Supply Co is a trading name of GETBOOKD LTD, registered at 49 Maes y Crofft, Morganstown, Cardiff CF15 8FE, United Kingdom.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
Our products are sold on a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale basis to professional grooming salons, pet care businesses, and trade customers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes and are authorised to do so on behalf of your business.
3. Orders and Pricing
3.1 Placing Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3.3 Minimum Order
Minimum order values may apply to certain product categories or delivery options. These will be clearly stated at checkout.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. All transactions are encrypted and PCI DSS compliant.
We do not store your full card details on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their security standards.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Area
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland). We do not currently ship internationally.
5.2 Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery is typically 2-5 working days. Next-day delivery is available on qualifying orders placed before the stated cut-off time. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
5.3 Risk and Title
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Damaged or Faulty Goods
If goods arrive damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@boutiquesupplyco.com with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
6.2 Returns
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the goods are faulty.
6.3 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened grooming products (shampoos, conditioners, sprays, and similar consumables) cannot be returned unless faulty.
6.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days of receiving the returned goods.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design, is the property of GETBOOKD LTD or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the value of that order.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to severe weather, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
